Our client, a top-ranked elite US law firm, is seeking a Senior M&A Associate to join their dynamic and highly regarded Corporate team in London. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced M&A lawyer to work on complex, high-value, and cutting-edge M&A and private equity transactions. You will collaborate with cross-border and interdisciplinary teams on deals spanning 90+ countries, benefitting from the firm’s market-leading practices and global perspective. As a Senior M&A Associate, you will play a crucial role in advising on high-value, complex M&A transactions. Working alongside a talented team of lawyers, you will leverage your expertise to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional results for clients. - Working on complex, high-profile, cross-border transactions, advising clients on M&A, joint ventures, and corporate matters
