Our client, a top-ranked elite US law firm, is seeking a Senior M&A Associate to join their dynamic and highly regarded Corporate team in London. The Role
As a Senior M&A Associate, you will play a crucial role in advising on high-value, complex M&A transactions. Working alongside a talented team of lawyers, you will leverage your expertise to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional results for clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Working on complex, high-profile, cross-border transactions, advising clients on M&A, joint ventures, and corporate matters
- Managing and executing transactions from inception to completion
- Collaborating with partners and associates across the firm’s global network
- Delivering exceptional client service and building strong client relationships
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 4-7 years PQE
- Proven experience in corporate M&A at a reputable law firm
- Strong academic credentials and the ability to manage complex projects
- Exposure to private equity transactions is highly desirable
