The Role

As a Senior Associate, you will engage in a broad range of responsibilities and gain extensive exposure to various aspects of funds work, including:

  • Drafting and negotiating key fund documents such as limited partnership agreements, PPM\’s, and subscription documents.

  • Leading fund formation processes for private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, and credit funds.

  • Providing regulatory advice on matters like AIFMD and financial promotions.

  • Mentoring junior associates and playing a role in shaping the team’s business development efforts.

Your Profile

  • 4-6 PQE in funds (Common law candidates are also welcomed)

  • Solid experience in drafting and negotiating essential fund documents and managing closed-ended fund formations.

  • A strong grasp of fund structures, relevant regulations, and financial laws.

  • Proven ability to handle client relationships and intricate transactions effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to business development.

  • Strong academic background and a knack for problem-solving.
