We are working with a leading international law firm on an exciting opportunity for a 2–6 PQE Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor to join its London team. The Opportunity
You will work at the heart of the UK restructuring and insolvency market, advising leading banks, private equity houses, specialist investors and corporates on complex, fast‑moving mandates. From debt refinancings and restructurings to distressed M&A and special situations, this role offers exposure to market‑leading, high‑impact work.
What You’ll Do
- Advise on debt refinancings, restructurings and distressed debt transactions
- Support clients on business restructurings, asset disposals and special situations
- Act on UK and cross‑border insolvency matters, including administrations, CVAs and restructuring plans
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of restructuring, security and finance documentation
- Deliver clear, pragmatic advice in time‑critical and complex scenarios
- Build strong client relationships and collaborate across a national and international network

Candidate Requirements
- 2–6 years PQE with experience in restructuring and insolvency

- Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to provide clear, solutions‑focused advice
