Our client, a global investment manager with a wide ranging series of debt strategies, is looking for an ambitious private markets funds lawyer to join their growing London team. This headcount has been approved at a time of substantial growth at the business.
Requirements:
- A demonstrable track record in a ranked Funds practice, with broad experience supporting GP and LP clients in their fund formation needs across a wide range of private markets funds structures
- In-house experience - including secondments - highly desirable, but not mandatory
- C. 4-7 PQE - strong preference for E&W qualification
- Strength negotiating across IMAs, Distribution and Sales agreements
- A strong academic track record
- Exposure to emerging markets funds work - desirable
- Right to work in the UK
