Position Overview
As a Private Equity Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in advising fund sponsors, portfolio companies, and management teams throughout the entire lifecycle of private equity funds. You will be involved in a wide range of transactions, including auction and buyout processes, majority and minority investments, bolt-ons, exits, and corporate advisory work.
