Role Overview:
They are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join their regulatory team as a Partner. This role is ideal for someone with a robust understanding of financial regulations, credible market presence, and the ability to independently generate and manage client work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Expertise: Handle both contentious and non-contentious regulatory matters, including enforcement actions, tribunal dealings, and board-level advisory.
- Client Relations: Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions and regulatory bodies such as the FCA.
- Business Development: Actively generate new business, leveraging personal connections and market credibility.
