This role is predominantly non-contentious, with a focus on advising on complex, cross-border matters. The successful candidate will work closely with market-leading corporate, private equity, finance, and real estate teams on a broad range of high-value transactions. The practice is recognised for its involvement in sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional structuring work, advising multinational corporates, financial institutions, and private capital clients on some of the most significant transactions in the market.
