An excellent opportunity has arisen for a mid-level Associate to join a well-established London-based team. The role will involve advising on the IP aspects of a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, often with an international element and across sectors such as TMT, life sciences and e-commerce.
The firm has a truly well regarded practice in this area and is known for its low attrition rates, collaborative culture and work‐life balance. The successful candidate will be rewarded with an interesting diversity of work including:
- Advising on IP issues arising in corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, investments, joint ventures and financing arrangements
- Conducting and managing IP due diligence exercises
- Advising across a range of IP rights, including patents, trade marks, copyright and designs
- Assisting on broader non-contentious IP advisory matters as required
Successful candidates will have 2‐6 years' PQE, and have trained with and have post‐qualification experience in a leading City, US or regional transactional IP team with significant exposure to cross‐border M&A.
