Their M&A practice is a positive, fostering and welcoming environment for lateral hires. They are growing their London team and looking for an "all court" mid-level M&A lawyer to work across private M&A, private equity, public M&A and ECM. Their international presence and high value client-base will ensure stimulating cross-border workflow and deals.
Your Profile
Ideally, you will be E&W qualified with exposure to public and private M&A, although they are happy to look at candidates with more emphasis on one side of the coin, from a top law firm based in the UK.
