An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior solicitor to join a leading international law firm’s highly regarded aviation disputes team in London. This team is at the forefront of complex, high-value, and often high-profile aviation litigation, working across multiple jurisdictions and advising major insurers, airlines, and industry stakeholders.

Key areas of work include:

  • Multi-jurisdictional aviation litigation arising from major accidents and incidents
  • Insurance and reinsurance coverage disputes involving aircraft losses and liability claims
  • Product liability disputes involving manufacturers, component suppliers, and lessors
  • Claims involving airlines, operators, and service providers, including passenger and third-party liability
  • Crisis response and coordination of large-scale claims following aviation disasters
  • Recovery actions and subrogation claims between insurers, operators, and other aviation stakeholders

Candidate requirements:

  • 1–3 years’ PQE with a strong foundation in disputes/litigation
  • Experience in insurance, reinsurance, or aviation disputes is advantageous
  • Strong academic background and excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional matters
