Our Client, an elite US Private Equity firm, is looking for a strong, private practice qualified M&A transactional Associate to join their London based team. The role is purely transactions focused, suitable for a driven deals lawyer, and will sit within the investment team. The team require an experienced associate from a Tier 1 global law firm's M&A or Private Equity practice. Strong compensation package, benefits and progression opportunities.
