A leading asset manager is seeking an experienced funds counsel to support its investment funds platform on a contract basis, with a focus on the structuring, launch, and ongoing operation of AIFs and UCITS.
Responsibilities
- Advise on the establishment and operation of AIFs and UCITS
- Draft and review fund documentation including prospectuses/OMs, constitutive documents, IMAs, and side letters
- Provide legal support on fund operations, regulatory matters, and investor issues
- Advise on AIFMD, UCITS, and related European funds regulation
- Liaise with external counsel and fund service providers
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with strong investment funds experience
- Proven exposure to AIFs and/or UCITS
- Background within an asset manager, fund platform, or leading law firm
- Able to operate autonomously in a fast‑paced in‑house environment
- Immediate or short‑notice availability
