Our client, a global real estate investor, is looking for a well-rounded and highly capable Associate/Senior Associate or in-house Counsel to join the team in London. Sitting in a group function – the remit will face off across the organisation’s EMEA business units – from investments and finance to operations and tax.
Main Duties
- Incorporations, restructurings and dissolutions
- Tax structuring
- Transactions
- Service provider agreements
- Support internal and external stakeholders
Your Profile
- 4-8 PQE
- Experience mentoring junior associates is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Experience within Real Estate, Private Credit or Private Equity is essential.
