In-House Counsel - Funds Formation

A well respected multi-strategy business in London, is looking for a strong funds formation Associate to join the team.

The role will cover a range of remits including, but not solely, the following:

• New fund formation

• Investment advisory, distribution and brokerage agreements

• Fund regulatory advisory (EMIR, MiFID, UCITS, AIFMD)

Experience

• 3-7 years PQE – in a recognised private practice Funds Team

• Track record of fund formation, negotiation of investment mandates and side letters

• European and US regulated funds and securities knowledge

• 1-2 years' experience in-house would be highly desirable – including secondments

• Strong academic track record
