About the job

Rutherford is currently supporting a growing Private Credit business in London. This position is offered on a part-time or contract basis, requiring two days of work per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the point of contact for compliance for regulators, investors, and wider stakeholders.
  • Review and develop the compliance monitoring program.
  • Provide regulatory advice to the investment team and senior management.
  • Manage regular compliance and financial crime tasks.
