Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fund Formation Associate to join their growing London team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a build-out from the ground up with strong support from a well-established US parent company. The role offers a unique chance to work closely with highly regarded lawyers and be integral to the expansion and success of the firm's funds practice in the EMEA region.
Main Duties
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

Assist in the formation and structuring of various types of investment funds.

Advise on regulatory matters including AIFMD, UCITS, and other relevant regulations.

Significant exposure to clients/pitching and strategy.
Requirements

Qualified solicitor (UK or Ireland) with 1-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), with a strong background in fund formation or regulatory work with a funds emphasis.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to engage in varied work.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
