Our Client: A highly prestigious US law firm is looking to appoint an Associate to join their high-quality mentors and peers, in a busy team. You will advise private investment fund sponsors on all aspects of the structuring and operation of alternative investment funds across a variety of strategies and asset classes. Advise on the establishment, structuring and operation of alternative investment funds, and broad range of related transactions, including fund restructurings, GP-led transactions, co-investment arrangements, spin-outs, joint ventures and management company transactions.

Your Profile:

Funds Lawyer, with 3 - 6 years post-qualified experience
Currently practicing in London at a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, international or peer US firm
A strong academic background
