Our client is a leading Magic Circle law firm, seeking a Junior/Mid-level Funds Associate to join their London office. The firm has a strong global presence and offers the opportunity to work with top-tier clients in a collaborative and well-established funds practice.
The Role
As a Funds Associate, you will work within the private investment funds team, advising on a range of matters. You will work closely with experienced partners and colleagues, advising clients on fund formation, structuring, and ongoing operational matters.
Key Responsibilities

Advising fund managers on structuring, marketing, and ongoing management of private funds, including real estate debt and infrastructure funds.

Assisting with the establishment and offering of private funds, working closely with sponsors and institutional investors.

Providing legal advice and support to high-profile clients.
Requirements

2–5 years’ PQE in private funds from a leading practice.
