Our client, an elite US law firm in London, is looking to appoint a Finance Associate to join its Finance team. This newly created role reflects the strong pipeline of deals generated by market-leading partners, giving you exposure to top-tier transactions and the opportunity to work with a diverse and sophisticated client base. The firm offers a full Cravath salary, alongside a collaborative and high-performance environment that values strong individual contributions.
As a Finance Associate, you will work closely with market-leading partners on a wide range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including development and real estate financing, mezzanine lending, syndicated and corporate loans, and securitisations. You will also have the opportunity to support corporate finance matters such as strategic M&A, public takeovers, IPOs, and secondary fundraisings. This role offers hands-on involvement across all stages of transactions, from structuring and drafting to negotiation and deal management, with regular client contact and collaboration across the firm’s international offices. You will gain exposure to complex, high-value deals for an interesting and varied client base, ensuring excellent career development and the chance to build deep technical expertise.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
- Experience from a top-tier US, Magic Circle, or leading international firm.
- Strong academic background with excellent training.
- Solid experience across finance transactions, with any corporate finance exposure a bonus.

- Commercial mindset with the ability to handle complex transactions and manage competing priorities.
