Position Overview
As a Corporate Finance Lawyer, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive legal solutions to clients across various industries. Working closely with partners and associates, you will be involved in all aspects of corporate finance transactions, from inception to closing. This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development, with mentorship from experienced partners.
Responsibilities

Advise clients on a wide range of corporate finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and capital markets deals

Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, such as share purchase agreements, shareholders\’ agreements, and prospectuses

Conduct legal due diligence and identify potential risks and issues

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, employment, and intellectual property specialists, to provide comprehensive solutions

Mentor and support junior team members, including trainees, fostering their professional development
Requirements

Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with excellent academic credentials

3-7 years\’ post-qualification experience in corporate finance, gained at a top-tier law firm
