We are currently partnered with a large private credit firm in London that are looking for a Compliance Director in the team. The role will primarily be tasked with running EMEA related compliance tasks, with direct report into the Global Chief Compliance Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Provide regulatory and compliance advice to all investment teams.
  • Lead relevant regulatory projects and provide strategic guidance on new business initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor the London compliance team.
  • Assist with day-to-day compliance matters, such as COE, AML/KYC and reporting.
  • Deliver training to investment professionals and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7 - 12+ years of compliance experience, with strong credit knowledge and understanding.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments.
