Our Client: An elite US law firm client is seeking a 2-6 years' PQE lawyer to join its Private Funds team in London. This US law firm specializes in fund formation, structuring, and operations across asset classes including private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, and venture capital funds. It balances exacting standards with a warm environment for lateral hires, and has market-leading retention. NY rates compensation without burnout and hard edges. High profile clients, broad work, significant investment in professional development, and broad coverage across GP, LP and Secondaries.
Requirements: Ideal candidates will come from the Magic or Silver Circle, or another elite US firm with experience in fund formation.
