Our client’s competition law team offers an exceptional platform for associates who want to build their expertise in merger control, FDI screening, and complex regulatory work. This group is frequently engaged on headline matters, supporting multinational clients across a broad range of sectors. The team is led by a highly respected practitioner with a track record advising on cross-border transactions and high-stakes investigations, creating a dynamic and international practice environment.
Practice & Clients
The team advises on all aspects of competition law, including merger control, foreign direct investment reviews, enforcement proceedings, and abuse of dominance issues. Their work spans industries such as life sciences, digital and technology, energy and infrastructure, financial services, and sports. Clients include global corporates, investors, and financial institutions navigating major cross-border deals and regulatory regimes across North America, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe.
Responsibilities
Associates in the group will:
- Advise on merger control and FDI filings for complex multi-jurisdictional transactions.
- Advise on competition and regulatory investigations.
- Draft submissions to competition authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Conduct legal and sectoral analysis across multiple geographies.
- Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to deliver integrated client solutions.
