An elite US law firm is seeking a talented Financial Restructuring Associate to join its highly regarded London team. With a global network of over 1,400 lawyers across the US, Europe and Asia, the firm is recognized for its expertise in cross-border restructuring and insolvency. As a Financial Restructuring Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional legal services to the firm’s diverse client base. Working closely with partners and colleagues across various practice areas, you will advise companies, insolvency practitioners, banks, investment funds and other financial institutions on complex cross-border matters. This position offers significant responsibility and exposure to high-profile cases, providing an excellent platform for career growth.
Responsibilities:
