The firm is known for its expertise in fund formation and regulatory matters, offering a diverse range of fund-related services to clients across private equity, hedge funds, credit funds, real estate, and other alternative investments. The Role
As an Investment Funds Associate, you will play a key role in advising clients on the structuring, formation, and regulation of private funds. Your responsibilities will include:
