Overview
Our client is looking for a Working Capital Project Lead to shape the future of its global Order to Cash (O2C) processes as part of a major finance transformation programme. This post is well suited to someone motivated by improving cashflow, strengthening controls and building scalable global processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design a future state O2C operating model in partnership with Finance and Commercial teams
- Define the systems, tools and process standards needed for efficient global O2C activity
- Build and maintain a clear O2C process framework and ensure alignment with group wide standards
- Use activity and cost analysis to identify improvement opportunities
- Set the vision for the workstream and shape the project roadmap
- Manage risks, dependencies and resource needs across the O2C landscape
- Act as the O2C subject matter expert for our ERP implementation
- Develop global O2C KPIs and drive consistent performance measurement
- Lead continuous improvement across billing, credit, collections and cashflow processes
- Support effective change management and communication across all O2C initiatives
- Analyse working capital drivers and lead actions that improve cash conversion
The Ideal Candidate
- O2C or credit/cash management experience within a complex, large organisation
- Individuals with ERP or transformation project exposure
- People who enjoy creating clarity, governance and standardisation
- Clear communicators who work well across Finance, Operations and Customer teams
