Rutherford Cross is delighted to be supporting our client to appoint a 6-month Interim Supply Chain Analyst for a growing food business in East Kilbride.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive availability in retail customers by analysing stock, waste and order volumes in line with agreed parameters and suggest adjustments
- Validate that customer order forecasts reflect the expected seasonality changes and ranging agreements
- Chair regular calls with customer equivalents to plan, agree and execute changes to drive growth for both parties
- Work closely with Supplier Managers to manage supplier data and request changes to supply to drive availability across all our customers
- Analyse customer data to identify patterns or gaps to drive improvements across all related parties
- Assist with managing and processing errored orders in our order “queue” to ensure supply
- Manage the key data points between customers and suppliers to allow orders to be transmitted smoothly between all parties
- Field phone calls from customers to assist with order related issues
