Rutherford Cross is looking for an Interim Group Financial Reporting Manager for a 6-month period with its client based in Glasgow. This role will be reporting to the Group FC.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of qualified accountants producing group and subsidiary statutory financial reports
- Manage the relationship with external auditors
- Prepare group consolidated monthly management accounts
- Ensure all audit items are delivered and financial reporting is in compliance with group accounting policies
- Ongoing development of accounting processes, procedures and systems
- Have an active involvement in key group projects
Candidate Profile
- Fully qualified accountant
- Experienced in group consolidated reporting ideally from a medium or larger business
- Previous experience of leading and managing a small team of qualified accountants
