Rutherford Cross is working with a not-for-profit organisation based in Edinburgh to appoint an Interim Finance Business Partner for an initial 6-month period.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Supporting with the annual budget setting process
- Ongoing budgetary monitoring, forecasting and variance analysis
- Business partnering with operational heads identifying opportunities for efficiencies
- Financial planning & analysis inputting into business planning and medium and long term forecasting
You will be a fully qualified accountant with a track record of working in Finance Business Partner and/or FP&A roles. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and also be a highly competent Excel user. A background in the charity or not for profit sector is beneficial.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 p.a. or day rate equivalent
