The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
This is a great opportunity to enhance your finance experience. You will be responsible for reviewing financial data, preparing analysis and providing insightful commentary for Finance Business Partners to aid strategic decision-making processes. You will gain great exposure across all levels of the business, achieved through understanding of Sub ledger processes, preparation of monthly reporting, whilst also working collaboratively with various finance and non-finance teams.
Your role will involve:
- Analysing income and expenditure transactions providing variance analysis against budget and forecasts
- Processing manual journals to ensure the accuracy of financial data
- Reconciling financial and non-financial transactions ensuring data integrity
- Providing Analysis and Reporting Packs for month end on agreed processes
- Maintaining communications with key customers and business areas and continuous nurturing of relationships to ensure centre of excellence is maintained and continuing to provide a value-add service to the Business
- Supporting the Team Manager in increased results through increased employee engagement
- Supporting the Team Manager in development culture, through development and coaching of key team members
