Rutherford Cross is delighted to be supporting an acquisitive PE backed organisation in the search for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join its Group Finance function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts across multiple business units, including consolidation
  • Ownership of divisional P&L and balance sheet reporting
  • Act as the primary finance contact for a defined business division
  • Deliver monthly revenue reporting in line with IFRS and group deadlines
  • Produce detailed monthly reporting packs, including KPIs and insightful variance analysis
  • Analyse overheads against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and actions
  • Conduct regular labour productivity analysis
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Provide commercial insight and challenge to operational stakeholders
  • Identify and implement process and system improvements (including ERP enhancements)
  • Support broader finance team initiatives and standardisation projects
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis and projects as required
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified or part qualified accountant (ICAS, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a management accounting or business partnering role
  • Proactive and motivated, with a continuous improvement mindset
