Rutherford Cross is working with its Glasgow based client to appoint an Interim Director of FP&A (Hybrid). Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for:

  • Annual budget setting and forecasting
  • Providing business partnering to management and senior leadership
  • Financial modelling and analysis of plans and business drivers
  • Maintaining and updating the group’s long-term corporate model
  • Managing group cashflow and forecasting with weekly and monthly reporting of variances
  • Identifying opportunities for business growth or cost reduction
  • Management and leadership of a small, senior, qualified team

You will be a fully qualified accountant with excellent financial modelling skills and be an advanced Excel user. You will have experience of working in a group function and have a track record of delivering results in a high-performance environment. You will also be a capable manager / leader and have first-class communication skills.
