Job Description
Rutherford Cross is delighted to be supporting an established organisation based in the West of Scotland with the appointment of a Finance Business Partner.
The Finance Business Partner will take ownership of key financial processes, contribute to strategic planning, and help drive performance across multiple entities.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ownership of P&L and balance sheet preparation for audit
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Cash flow forecasting and budgeting
- Financial planning and analysis
- Process Improvement and Compliance
- Business partnering across various group entities
- Manage delivery of statutory accounts and audit
- Ad hoc project work including new company setups and strategic initiatives
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified accountant (e.g. ICAS, ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW)
- Ability to prepare management accounts and support audit readiness
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
On Offer:
- £44,000 – £50,000 p.a. (DOE)
