Key Responsibilities

  • Processing sales and purchase invoices, expenses
  • Monthly bank reconciliations and payments
  • Debtor and creditor reporting
  • Preparing and filing VAT
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and management accounts
  • Preparing month-end journals including accruals and prepayments
  • Liaising with auditors at year-end

About You

  • Qualified, part qualified or QBE
  • Excellent IT skills; confidence learning new systems (knowledge of Xero or advantageous)
