Rutherford Cross is working with its technology-based client in Edinburgh to recruit an Interim Finance Director (Hybrid). Leading and managing the finance operations for the business and reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day financial management for the business
  • Preparing monthly management accounts
  • Management and development of the finance team
  • Financial reporting in line with accounting standards and managing relationships with external auditors and key stakeholders
  • Overseeing VAT returns and corporation tax

You will be a fully qualified and experienced Finance Director with a background in an SME product or technology business. You will be both strategic and hands-on and will have good experience of financial reporting and controls. This role has the potential to move from interim to permanent.
