Rutherford Briant are recruiting for a Senior Management Accountant near to Victoria. This is a newly created role due to growth. As the Senior Management Accountant you will be supporting the Financial Controller with escalations from the team whilst producing of management accounts. Typical duties Assistance in the production of monthly management accounts for various group companies Monthly balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining the accounts working Daily review of sales and purchase ledgers to identify problems and resolve queries. Managing short term cashflow including foreign currency and intercompany transfers Liaising with auditors for the year end accounts. Preparing monthly and quarterly VAT returns Being the first port of call for other members of the finance team in need of assistance Assisting the Finance Director with ad-hoc projects The ideal candidate will be fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) and have experience of the preparation of management accounts.
