Retail Marketing Manager

Overview

Are you a field-based Marketing professional seeking a new opportunity? Are you motivated by the impact your Marketing efforts have in stores on a UK wide basis? Do you have experience within retail-based marketing?

I am currently recruiting for a Retail Marketing Specialist for a well-established business with a multi-site presence, going through an exciting period of growth.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns for new store launches
• Develop and manage promotional activity and community engagement
• Work closely with multiple store teams and external agencies for marketing campaigns
• Track the in-store experience and overall in-store marketing performance

Requirements

• Over 2 years’ experience working in a field or retail marketing role
• Strong understanding of local marketing and store operations
• Experience of working across a multi-site environment
• Comfortable with extensive travel across the UK
• Strong project management and commercial skills

Benefits

• A salary of up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
