A well-established client of mine is looking for a Payroll Co-ordinator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for anyone with multiple years of experience working with payroll, feels comfortable running it end-to-end and is looking for a new challenge.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and processing the monthly payroll runs using SelectPay
- Preparing the payroll journals, reports, reconciliations and BACS information
- Liaising with HMRC over PAYE matters, as well as ensuring legal compliance
- Work closely with HR to support employee data accuracy, payroll processes and reporting requirements
- Respond to payroll-related queries from employees, managers and HR
Requirements
- Previous experience in a finance position, and confidence working with payroll
- Excellent working knowledge of payroll systems (SelectPay would be advantageous)
- Good attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
