We are partnering with a well-established business based in Norwich, who are looking to recruit a Part-Time Payroller to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative environment where individuals are valued and encouraged to contribute.

Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end payroll on a weekly and/or monthly basis using Sage 50 Payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, including starters, leavers, and changes
  • Calculate statutory payments including SSP, SMP, and other deductions
  • Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and payroll legislation
  • Submit RTI reports and liaise with HMRC where required
  • Reconcile payroll reports and assist with month-end processes
  • Manage pension contributions and liaise with pension providers
  • Respond to payroll-related queries from employees in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a Payroll or Payroller role
  • Experience using Sage 50 Payroll
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and HMRC requirements
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good organisational and time management skills
