A client of ours is looking for a Credit Controller to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for anyone with previous experience in credit control, who is looking for a new challenge.
You'll be involved with managing and actively collecting all debts, liaising with various stakeholders to facilitate cash collection, as well as reconciliations and account monitoring.
Responsibilities
- As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for
- Actively collecting all debts, as well as recording and monitoring collections
- Reconciliations and account monitoring
- Raising refund request forms
- Raise final accounts and process card payments
- Provide reports to senior leadership regarding debt position as appropriate
- Various administration tasks as needed by the department
Requirements
- As a Credit Controller, you will need
- Previous experience within credit control is essential
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- AAT qualifications are desirable
- Strong Excel skills are desirable
