Responsibilities:

  • Manage the corporation tax compliance process for a portfolio of standalone and group clients within the Financial Services sector.
  • Deliver advisory support across areas such as restructures, group tax planning, international matters and transactions.
  • Identify tax planning opportunities for clients and work closely with Partners to implement them.
  • Support, line manage and develop junior staff while contributing to wider business development activity.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing a corporate tax portfolio within a practice environment.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
