Are you looking for a role within FP&A, which is offering opportunities to get involved in various projects across the business? We are currently partnering with a well-established business within Chelmsford looking to continue their run of growth. The role is newly created to help build out and shape the FP&A function through hiring a Finance Business Partner.
Responsibilities:
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, including building and maintaining financial models
- Deliver monthly performance analysis with variance reporting, KPI tracking, and clear commercial insight
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to support decision-making, strategic initiatives, and business cases
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity, supporting month-end, audit requirements, and process improvements
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA part of fully qualified
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
- Strong Excel skills and ability to work with financial models
