Responsibilities

  • Processing purchase ledger transactions and managing the supplier accounts through Sage
  • Processing supply chain invoices and resolving any queries
  • Maintain finance records whilst liaising with operational departments
  • Perform reconciliations of supplier statements
  • Support month-end processes
  • Inbox management and any other administrative tasks

Requirements

  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English at grade B or above
  • Previous experience with Excel and Sage would be advantageous but not necessary
  • Strong numerical ability
  • Motivated, proactive and driven
