We are currently recruiting for a recruitment coordinator to join a well-established organisation based in Harwich.
Working closely with hiring managers and the HR team, you'll coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring vacancies are managed efficiently and candidates receive a professional experience throughout.
Responsibilities: As a recruitment coordinator you will… Coordinate recruitment activity from vacancy approval through to onboarding.
Advertise vacancies across relevant job boards and recruitment platforms.
Arrange interviews and assessments, liaising with hiring managers and candidates.
Act as the first point of contact for recruitment enquiries via telephone and email.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates.
Requirements: As a recruitment coordinator, you will need… Previous experience in managing the end to end recruitment cycle Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
