We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Specialist to carry a client through their busy period for the next 3-6 months. You will be responsible for configuring and setting up systems, technology solutions for existing customers and manage the day-to-day queries. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, ensure systems are correctly configured, deliver 1 line support and ensure systems are upgraded when with existing customers. If you have experience working with POS systems and enjoy combining technical problem-solving with implementation, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Configure and set up systems, perform upgrades and provide solutions to customer requirements
- Prepare and test systems prior to customer go live
- Troubleshoot software and back-office system issues
- Provide second-line support for more complex configuration and provisioning queries
- Work closely with Sales, Support, Engineering and Project teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

- Previous experience in a helpdesk or 1 line support role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and positive approach to customer support.
