Responsibilities
- Proactively managing debtor accounts to ensure timely payment
- Monitor aged debt reports, identify risks, and escalate concerns in line with internal procedures
- Support the implementation and monitoring of payment plans where necessary
- Be a part of billing procedures, such as invoicing, monthly billing cycles, and reconciliations
- Deal with queries in a professional manner
Requirements
