I am currently recruiting for a Sales Support Executive to join a well-established and expanding organisation. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone with experience in retail, hospitality, or administration who is eager to learn and develop within a commercial environment.
Responsibilities- Be a friendly and engaging point of contact for customers and the sales team.
- Support day-to-day sales activities, ensuring smooth communication and accurate administration.
- Help prepare quotes, documents, and customer information.
- Build positive relationships with clients through excellent service and a proactive attitude.
- Assist with order processing, enquiries, and general sales support tasks.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure sales processes run smoothly.
- Bring enthusiasm and fresh ideas to support wider sales initiatives.
- Experience in retail, hospitality or administrative work.
- A bubbly, outgoing, and confident personality with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build quick rapport.

- Basic IT skills (full training provided on systems).
