Responsibilities
- Check credit reports on existing and potential accounts
- Ensure customer payments are received in accordance with account terms
- Manage customer debt collection and returns process
- Process invoices, credit notes, and allocate payments
- Monitor and recommend credit limits for customers
- Bank reconciliations
- Regularly chase overdue accounts via telephone, email and letter
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a Credit Control position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
