Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Supervise junior team members, provide clear delegation, and offer mentorship and feedback
- Maintain strong client relationships and handle client communications with confidence
- Assist with billing, WIP, and cash collection to meet internal targets
- Ensure compliance with practice management and quality control processes
- Support recruitment and HR initiatives across the audit department
Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualification with 1.5β2.5 years post-qualification experience
- 12β18 months in a similar Assistant Manager role
- Strong understanding of UK GAAP, IFRS, and experience in group consolidations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while fostering team collaboration
